Dashboard 2.0, New Themes, and More! Ensurely January 2025 Update

The first update of 2025 from Ensurely has been released! We've dedicated our efforts over the holidays to introduce some new features designed to boost your productivity. Here are the key highlights:

Dashboard 2.0

Ensurely's dashboard is designed to make productivity easily accessible, whether you're using a desktop or mobile device. Keeping this in mind, we've redesigned the dashboard, adding numerous new features to boost your productivity:

Share Your Page

"Your Link" has been renamed to "Share Your Page". This should help clear up the primary use for this section.

Shortcuts

With Ensurely, we've made it easy to collect all the links you need to send to clients and leads into a single, easy-to-use spot. So why not do that for you as well? That's where Shortcuts come into play!

With Shortcuts, you can create buttons right on your dashboard that go to whatever website you want. These are just for you, and will only be seen by you on the dashboard.

This is similar to bookmarks on your browser, but will be synced wherever you're logged into Ensurely. This is great for saving websites between your desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone!

Statistics

You can now see some quick data on your page through statistics! Starting today, the following will be tracked on your page for you to see in the dashboard:

• How many times your profile is visited daily, weekly, and all time

  • If you visit your own page on the same browser you're logged in on, a profile visit won't be counted. This will keep your visits accurate as you update your page!

  • All profile visits before the January 2025 update will not be counted.

• The Top 3 links of all time that have been visited on your page

  • A "link" is considered anything in the "My Links" or "My Services" dropdowns on your page. License validations, visits to Partners ("Who I Work With"), and Meeting Room/Calendar buttons will not count.

  • If you delete a link, it will be removed from the tracker as well. This will keep your statistics up to date as you edit your page.

With statistics, we hope you are able to gain insight into what is and isn't performing well on your page. This is just the start of Dashboard Statistics, so keep an eye out as we add more trackers throughout the year!

New Themes

This month, we've added 6 brand-new themes for you to use, available now. Here are some quick previews:

Kinetic

A professional edge with a hint of urban flair. Kinetic balances professionalism with personality.

Mist

A naturistic feel, featuring fog over a forested mountainside.

Notion

Tempered glass tiles featuring a collection of abstract backgrounds.

Overgrown

Overgrown features a towering building filled with animated life.

Relaxed

Backed by a quiet cabin along a rolling river, Relaxed brings a cozy feel to any page.

Taiga

A pleasant look with a woodsy feel. Taiga's boxes will update with the color of your background!

Other Changes

We've also made a few other minor changes this month:

• Increased stability when loading a page

• Introduced a 7-day free trial for all new accounts

• Performance enhancements for accounts with large amounts of information on "My Page"

• Fixed an issue where placeholder information would occasionally be seen on "Dashboard", "My Page", and "My Account"

• Bug fixes
